We do not issue full monetary refunds for tuition payments. We are a tiny business, with an income based solely on tuition. We often rely on just one or two tuition payments to put us past our break-even point, after covering fair instructor pay, meals, materials, and campus upkeep. We spend months preparing for our workshop season, and have to have this type of refund policy to be able to continue to offer the high quality workshops we love to share with people.
If cancelling more than 45 days before the start date of the workshop, we can refund 75% of your original tuition payment.
After 45 days prior to workshop start date, we are unable to issue refunds.
Please note: Cottage rentals are non-refundable.
In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen emergencies, then we will issue full refunds to all students (but luckily we’ve never had to cancel).
