10-Year Celebration + Cob Oven Pizza Party!

10-Year Mud Dauber Anniversary Party:

DESCRIPTION:

It’s hard to believe, but this is now our 10th year of Mud Dauber School workshops! We’re celebrating with a cob oven pizza party this November 9th, and you are invited! Our 2022 assistant instructor, Rebecca Beren, is also visiting all the way from the west coast - we felt like we didn't want to have this celebration without her. In addition to firing up the cob oven, we'll have some weather-dependent campus activities planned. Maybe we’ll put some soil on the Cattail cottage roof? Share some blessings for the campus? Make a cob gargoyle? If nothing else, we'll just share company and eat delicious pizza. The most important part is celebrating with the people who have built our campus alongside us over the years, and looking forward to the future, with gratitude for you all!

We’ll have to cut off the number of people coming to around 40, just based on our campus capacity for parking, bathrooms, etc…

I will be involved in hands-on construction projects during the course of this event. I understand that I will be using building materials, operating tools, and participating in physical labor. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with construction. I am aware of these inherent physical risks and take full responsibility for myself regarding these risks.
